Tina Sphar

Tina Sphar is an accomplished professional in capture and proposal development, currently serving as VP of Capture and Proposal Development at Sky Solutions since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Proposal Director at Oddball, VP of the Proposal Center of Excellence at ERP International, and various senior leadership positions at CNSI, including VP of Proposal Development and VP of Project Finance.
