Andrew Rice

Andrew attended Kentucky Christian University where he played baseball and received a degree in Business Administration. Andrew started at Sky in July 2020 in the role of Support Coordinator. Over the last year and a half, Andrew has created Sky’s formal support team and been a key player in ensuring the success of the merchants. In November, Andrew was promoted to the role of Director of Merchant Success. This new role will oversee the Support, Fulfillment, and Cloud Servicez teams. The goal of the new Merchant Success group is to ensure that the onboarding process for new merchants is seamless and that current merchants receive fast and accurate support that exceeds all expectations.
