Alon Bensimon

Alon Bensimon has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Alon is currently the Director of Product Operations at Skybox Security, where they focus on improving operational efficiency, strategic initiatives, and stakeholder alignment. Prior to that, they held multiple director-level positions at NICE Ltd, including Director of Post Merger Integrations and Director of Operations & Program Management. At NICE Ltd, they led various initiatives such as post-merger integrations, global expansions, and cloud operations. Earlier in their career, Alon worked at Motorola Israel as a Program Manager and Project Manager in different divisions.

Alon Bensimon obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, graduating in 1992. Alon later earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Quality Assurance and Reliability from the same institution, completing their studies in 1999. In 2005, they attained a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business. Alon also holds certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
