Gal Caspi

Gal Caspi has extensive experience in quality assurance and automation. They currently serve as the Head of QA and Automation at WINT - Water Intelligence since 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Quality Assurance at Skybox Security starting in 2020. From 2016 to 2020, Gal worked at Ruckus Networks as the Head of QA and Automation, where they built a QA department from scratch and implemented new QA processes and Agile methodologies. Gal also served as the QA Manager at Verint from 2014 to 2016, where they led multiple QA teams and defined quality requirements and procedures. Before that, Gal worked as a QA Team Leader at CA Technologies for 5 years and at BitBand for 4 years. They started their career as a Senior QA Engineer at Retalix and Amdocs. Overall, Gal brings a wealth of experience in QA and automation to their current role.

Gal Caspi earned a BA in Business Administration, specializing in Information Technologies Management from Ruppin Academic Center between 1996 and 1999. Additionally, Gal obtained certifications including Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance, as well as completing a Management Development Course from Momentum Group - Israel.
