Peter Hughes

Peter Hughes has over 25 years of work experience in the technology and security industry. Peter currently holds the position of Technical Director - Strategic Accounts, EMEA at Skybox Security since January 2019. Prior to this role, they served as the Technical Director, UK & Ireland at Skybox Security from August 2016 to December 2018.

Before joining Skybox Security, Peter worked as a Senior Security Engineer at Imperva from January 2015 to August 2016. Peter also served as a Principal Presales Consultant at NTT Com Security from June 2014 to January 2015.

Peter has a long history with Integralis Ltd., where they held several roles including Principal Consultant/Managing Consultant from September 2008 to June 2014, Presales Manager from April 2001 to September 2008, and Senior Presales Consultant from April 1998 to April 2001.

Additionally, Peter gained experience as a Technical Account Manager at Microsoft Ltd from April 1997 to April 1998, and as a Systems Consultant at Racal Datacom/Software Forge from April 1994 to April 1997.

Peter Hughes earned a BSc in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Essex between 1984 and 1987. Later, from 1992 to 1993, they pursued an MSc in Datacommunications and Security at Brunel University London. Additionally, they hold a certification in CISSP from ISC2.
