Douglass Shepherd

Mr. Douglass W. Shepherd Jr. is the Contracts/Proposal Manager for SkyBridge Tactical, LLC. Mr. Shepherd retired as a Senior Combat Engineer Sergeant Major from the US Army in 2012 and joined SkyBridge Tactical in 2021.

Mr. Shepherd has over 10 years of experience supporting the Government Contract Industry to include Project Manager, Program Manager, VP of Business Development and Contracts Manager positions. His Military experience includes support to various Light Infantry Units, including the 82nd Airborne Division, 10th Mountain Division, and the 75th Ranger Regiment.

Mr. Shepherd is a graduate from Saint Leo University with BA in Business Administration and from Webster University with a MA in Management and Leadership. Mr. Shepherd also holds a PMP certification.
