Joel Spiro

Joel Spiro currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations at SkyCreek Corporation, leading Account Management and Customer Success Teams and driving the transition to a SaaS product model. Previously, Joel held the position of Project Manager at Charter Communications, managing field operations initiatives in the SoCal Region, including the implementation of a streamlined network capacity management system. Prior experience includes a decade at Time Warner Cable, where Joel achieved significant cost savings and operational improvements through project management and process optimization in various roles, including Operations Engineering Associate. Joel holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Southern California.
