Lauren Gaffney

Lauren Gaffney is an accomplished media professional currently serving as Vice President of Unscripted at Skydance Sports since June 2022. With a diverse background in film and television production, Gaffney has produced notable projects including the six-part documentary series "GRAILS" for Hulu and the award-winning film "LFG," which focuses on the U.S. women's soccer team's pursuit of equal pay. Previous roles include consulting producer for the documentary "Starting at Zero," features producer at NFL Network, and various production positions at Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, and National Geographic. Gaffney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brown University, graduating in 2002.
