Alden Jones

Alden Jones is the Vice President of Customer Success at Skydio. Prior to joining Skydio, Alden was the Founder and Senior Manager of UAS Operations at American Tower from February 2015 to December 2019. At American Tower, Alden was responsible for building and deploying the telecommunication industry’s first scalable automated drone and data delivery solution.

Before American Tower, Alden worked as a Fleet Manager at PepsiCo - Frito Lay from March 2013 to February 2015 and as a Service Supervisor at Carrier Corporation from August 2012 to March 2013. Alden began their professional career as a Battalion Intelligence and Operations Officer in the US Army from June 2008 to June 2012.

Alden Jones reports to Adam Bry, CEO. They work with Nikunj Mistry - VP, Finance, Tom Moss - CEO, Skydio GK, and Hayk Martiros - VP, Autonomy. A direct report to Alden Jones is and Mark Wilhelm - Head of Customer Support.
