Kellen O'Rourke

Kellen O'Rourke is a Product Design Engineer at Skydio since October 2021, with previous experience as an Associate Manufacturing Engineer at SpaceX and an Undergraduate Researcher in the Embodied Dexterity Group at UC Berkeley. O'Rourke has a solid background in mechanical engineering, having served as Suspension Lead for the UC Berkeley Solar Vehicle Team, where responsibilities included design and project management. Prior internships include roles at Astranis, Quartus Engineering, Bogie's Pump Systems, and InnovEd Inc., focusing on thermal management design, mechanical component development, and education in engineering principles. Kellen O'Rourke holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley and served as President of Edison High Robotics while attending high school.
