Tommy Conley is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in growth marketing and demand generation across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. Manager for Growth Marketing & Energy Strategy at Skydio, Tommy previously held the position of Growth Marketing Manager at Scale AI, where initiatives drove product adoption and recurring revenue. Tommy began foundational work in marketing as the first non-executive marketing hire at Victory Innovations, building a marketing funnel and managing outbound campaigns. Prior roles at Stratasys involved personalized marketing targeted at key industries, achieving notable growth metrics and internal awards. Tommy's entrepreneurial spirit is showcased through founding MedSafe, a startup focused on addressing opioid addiction, and co-founding Anchor Labs, an innovative climbing equipment company.
