Bernardo Rezende

Bernardo Rezende is an accomplished electrical engineer with extensive experience in power distribution systems across various aerospace companies. Currently serving as the Power Distribution Team Leader at SkyDrive since March 2024, Bernardo previously held significant roles at Volocopter GmbH, including Engineering Manager and Electric Propulsion System Architect, from February 2021 to February 2024. Prior to that, Bernardo was a Senior Electrical Power Systems Engineer at Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation, leading the development of the Secondary Power Distribution Assembly for the Spacejet M90. Additional experience includes serving as an Electrical Power Systems Engineer at Embraer, where Bernardo played a crucial role in developing power distribution systems for the Embraer E2 aircraft. Bernardo began the engineering career with internships that included work on electric vehicle energy partitioning and communication middleware prototype development. Bernardo holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ESIEE Paris and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
