Yoshiki Hiruma

Mr.Hiruma is the Vice-Presicent, Innovation Promotion Office, Business Planning & Coordination Department of Development Bank of Japan Inc. He is both a graduate of the Center for Professinal Development, Stanford University and has a master of civil engineering, from the University of Tokyo. Joining DBJ in 2009, he worked in the Logistics Div., Sustainability Solutions Dep., Corporate Planning Dep., and Industrial Research Dep. He also has experiences in national and international government agecies, private sectors and universities in areas of disaster management, crisis management, and climate change.
