Viktor Skliznev

Viktor Skliznev is a Senior Research and Development Engineer at Skyeng, the leading EdTech company in Russia, since September 2017. In this role, Viktor has developed advanced methodologies for adaptive student testing and has created a pipeline for analyzing student speech, achieving significant progress in education for non-native speakers. Prior to this, Viktor held the position of Head of Internal Control and Compliance at Expert RA, the largest Credit Rating Agency in the CIS, where a key accomplishment included being the first in Russia to certify intellectual production for compliance with ISO9001 standards. Viktor holds a Bachelor's degree in Network Administration and Systems Administration from the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics.
