Frank Quinones

Francisco (Frank) Quinones is the Strategic Growth Analyst for SkyePoint Decisions. Frank supports end-to-end Business Development activities includes proposal development, marketing, research, training, operations, partner engagement and customer outreach; providing NITAAC with a strong Point Of Contact (POC) to resolve issues and address all program management functions that may be required in support of SkyePoint’s CIO-SP3 SB contract and task orders under the contract.

On a broader scale, Frank, as a key member of the SkyePoint Growth team, supports the overall development of collateral/advertising (both print and online), opportunity shaping, proposal execution, and our overall corporate strategy; strongly advocating for the marketing and use of the CIO-SP3 SB contract wherever possible.

Frank brings nearly fifteen (15) years of business development, analysis, marketing, and operational experience supporting both large and small companies providing IT solutions to federal government customers.

Frank holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in Industrial Management, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), with a concentration in Marketing, from the University of Puerto Rico.
