Paul Goodwin has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Paul started their career at Comcast as a Communications Technician IV from March 2011 to March 2014. Paul then worked at Insight Global as a Help Desk Specialist for three months in 2015. Paul joined SAIC as an Exchange Administrator from July 2015 to December 2016. Paul then worked at DMI as a Customer Service Specialist and Assistant Team Lead from March 2014 to July 2015. Following this, Paul joined Computer World Services Corp. (CWS) as a Customer Service Specialist from December 2016 to December 2017. Paul then moved to Northrop Grumman as a Computer Systems Security Analyst from December 2017 to July 2018. Currently, Paul is working at SkyePoint Decisions, Inc. as an Exchange Administrator and Site Lead, starting from July 2018.
Paul Goodwin attended ITT Technical Institute from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Paul then studied at Prince George's Community College from 2013 to 2014, earning an Associate of Arts degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. In terms of additional certifications, Paul obtained the following: IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from PeopleCert in 2018, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC-Council in February 2018, VMware Certified Associate - Data Center Virtualization (VCA-DCV) from VMware in 2014, CompTIA Network+ from CompTIA in June 2015, and CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in June 2014.
