Terri Pond

Terri Pond is the Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition for SkyePoint Decisions. In this role, she is responsible for the full range of HR services and support including employee relations, communications, professional and career development, performance management, compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion, recruitment and retention, workforce optimization, and compliance.

Terri brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience in Human Capital and Talent Management, compensation and benefits, back-office operations, corporate branding, marketing communications, investor relations, quality management systems, contracts, federal security, and compliance with several federal government contractors focused on IT product solutions, professional services, and human capital management. Additionally, she has over 10 years of senior management experience and 12 years of progressive growth experience with commercial corporations in CONUS and OCONUS manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, production control, inside sales, customer service operations, and international sales event planning including trade shows and incentive programs. Prior to her private sector career, Terri served 8 years in the public sector as a claims adjudicator for the Social Security Administrator and social worker for the City of Roanoke.

Terri has her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Virginia Tech.
