Karina Amelang

Karina Amelang has over 20 years of work experience. Karina began their career in 2000 as an Associate at King & Spalding, followed by a role as an Associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in 2003. In 2005, they were Senior Counsel at Williams and Associate General Counsel at Eagle Rock Energy Partners in 2010. In 2012, they became Assistant General Counsel at NextEra Energy Resources, followed by Vice President and Interim General Counsel at U.S. Silica Company in 2017. In 2019, they were General Counsel at Solugen, and they currently hold the same role at SkyFi since 2021.

Karina Amelang has obtained a Certificate in Corporate Sustainability from NYU Stern School of Business in 2020. Karina also holds a JD from University of Houston Law Center, which they obtained between 1997 and 2000. Additionally, they have a Certificate in Corporate Sustainability from NYU Stern School of Business.
