Joachim Collmar

Joachim Collmar has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Joachim is currently working at SkyFive.world as a Senior Project Manager since September 2020. Prior to that, they had their own business as a Consultant, Contractor, and Interim Manager from January 2018 to September 2020.

Before starting their own business, Joachim was associated with Nokia for over a decade. Joachim held various roles at Nokia, including Head of Mobile Networks Germany & Leader SW Release Internet of Things (IoT) from May 2017 to November 2017. Joachim also served as the Leader SW Release for 4G/LTE Small Cells and Program Manager for Small Cells Base Station from January 2015 to November 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Program Leader for Base Band Unit (BBU) and led projects related to WCDMA Cost Reduction, 4G/LTE Digital BBU, and 4G/LTE Metro RRH from February 2007 to December 2014.

Joachim's earlier experience includes working at Alcatel as the Head of Operations & Head of Customer Satisfaction and Quality from March 2004 to January 2007, where they implemented a support structure, escalated issues, and led the roll-out of a quality management system. Joachim also worked at Alcatel-SEL AG, where they served as Leader Qualification & First-off and played a key role in customer acceptances and field deployments. Additionally, they served as the GSM Service Delivery & Customer Interface Manager and Manager Service Delivery. Joachim started their career at Alcatel-SEL AG as an SW Engineer & Teamleiter Entwicklung / Integration from December 1990 to June 1997.
