Cody Epperly

Cody Epperly has a wealth of experience in the fields of people operations, executive assistance, office management, accounting, customer service, and reception.

Starting in 2020, Cody is currently a Senior People Operations Manager at SkyGrid, where they are responsible for payroll processing and HR records management, as well as employee relations and retention efforts. Cody is also an Executive Assistant & Office Manager, providing direct support to the executive team and staff.

From 2006 to 2020, Cody worked at Castletop Capital as a Development Associate and Senior EA & Office Manager. In this role, they provided senior administrative and business support to C-level executives and project coordination and management assistance for a mixed-used development project.

From 2006 to 2004, Cody was an Accounting Administrator at Texas Capital Partners, where they handled accounts payable for multiple entities and managed an offsite Ski Resort account.

From 2004 to 2002, Cody worked as an Assistant Office Manager at Nanocoolers, where they provided CEO support and accounting assistance.

From 2002 to 1999, Cody held two positions at The Scooter Store: an Administrative Assistant to the Recruiting Department and a Customer Care Representative II.

Finally, from 1999 to 2006, Cody was a Customer Service Administrator & Receptionist at J Addisons Salon, where they booked appointment requests for 25 staff members, ordered, educated and sold hair products, and maintained and managed an affiliated retail shop.

Cody Epperly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas State University. In 2014, they obtained an Accounting Bookkeeping Series certification from Austin Community College. In September 2006, they obtained a Texas Notary certification from the National Notary Association.
