Martin Egerth

Martin Egerth is an accomplished professional in the field of human factors and training. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture Development at skyguide since January 2022, Martin previously held significant roles at Lufthansa Aviation Training Switzerland AG from March 2012 to December 2021, including Head of Beyond Aviation and Senior Human Factors Expert, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing training for various industries, standardizing human factors training, and establishing strategic partnerships. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Human Factors Manager at Lufthansa Flight Training, where Martin developed training for over 8,000 professionals and founded a working group for best practices in Crew Resource Management (CRM). An educational background includes a Master of Science in Psychology from Universität Innsbruck and training at the IATA Trainings Center.
