Salaam Harris

Salaam Harris has worked in the cybersecurity and information technology field since 2000. Salaam began their career in the United States Air Force as a First Sergeant Retired and Cyber Systems Operations Administrator. In 2014, they joined Raytheon as a Systems Engineer and then moved to Northrop Grumman in 2016 as a Cyber Security/Systems Engineer. In 2017, they joined South Shore Health as a Cyber Security Engineer/Team Lead. In 2021, they began working at both Dragonfly Therapeutics, Inc. and Skyhawk Therapeutics as a Senior Cyber Security Manager and Associate Director of Cybersecurity and Information Technology, respectively.

Salaam Harris obtained a Master's degree in Cyber Security from Southern New Hampshire University between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from American Military University between 2010 and 2013. Salaam also obtained an Associate's degree in Cyber Systems Operations from Community College of the Air Force between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, Salaam Harris obtained a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification from EC-Council in June 2021, and is currently in the process of obtaining a CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA.
