Donna Day

Donna Day has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Donna most recently worked as the Senior Director of People at SkyKick, where they played a key role in building SaaS products to solve the IT industry's cloud challenges. Prior to that, they held the position of Director Global Talent Acquisition at Sprinklr, managing a team responsible for recruiting across various regions. Donna also worked as a Manager Talent Acquisition at Dell EMC, where they oversaw a team recruiting for all business sectors. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Sales Recruiter at VCE and as a Senior Recruitment Account Manager at Philips, where they focused on sales and clinical pre-sales positions in North America. Donna's career began as a Branch Manager at Accounting Partners.

From 1989 to 1991, Donna Day attended Arizona State University where they obtained a BS degree in Business Management.
