Molly Schafer has a strong background in sales operations and compensation, with extensive experience in various leadership roles at SkyKick, HP, and Microsoft. Molly is currently working as the Senior Director of Sales Operations at SkyKick, where they have been since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Sales Compensation at SkyKick from June 2019 to August 2022. Before joining SkyKick, Molly worked at HP as a Project Manager from July 2016 to June 2019.
