Cynthia Herring Odom

Cynthia Herring Odom has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1982 with United Airlines as a Corporate Account Executive. Cynthia then joined HCA Hospital Corporation of America in 1988 as a Senior Account Manager. In 1990, they moved to Inner Harbour for Children & Families, where they worked as the Vice President of Business Development until 2011. Currently, Cynthia is the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Skyland Trail, where they have been working since 2011. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in nonprofit organizations, management, sales, leadership, team building, operations, executing company turnarounds, and increasing organizational effectiveness. Cynthia is highly skilled in improving processes, exceeding revenue targets, and achieving market growth objectives.
