Dustin Jay Haugen

Dustin Jay Haugen is an experienced production manager and director, currently serving as the Director of Production & Facilities at Skylight Music Theatre since September 2015. Previously, Dustin held the position of Production Manager at New Jersey Performing Arts Center and McCarter Theatre, along with various roles at Rutgers University, Rider University - Westminster Choir College, and 12.14 Foundation. Additionally, experience at the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra and Opera New Jersey includes stage management and artistic administration. Dustin's foundational expertise was developed at the Opera Company of North Carolina, where the role of Production Manager/Technical Director was held from 2003 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts in Theatrical Production from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay.
