William Heller

William Heller has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. William currently works at Skyline ATS as a Marketing Specialist, where their main focus is expanding the customer base and enhancing the content and benefits offered. Prior to this, they served as a Product Manager, creating a learning product and successfully rolling out a Learning Management System (LMS) ahead of schedule. William has also worked as a Content Development Specialist, Instructor, and Operations and Service Delivery Manager at Skyline ATS.

Before joining Skyline ATS, William was an Account Manager at Magnetic Inspection Laboratory, Inc. In addition, they held various roles at DMI (Digital Management, Inc.), including Client Services Manager, Team Lead, and Technical Service Engineer.

Earlier in their career, William worked at Flextronics as a Manager and Supervisor, and at New Dimensions as a Data Analyst.

William Heller attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 2004 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition. In August 2010, they obtained a certification as a Certified Mentor/Trainer from the Training Department.
