Clive Prout

Clive Prout is a seasoned executive coach and leadership development expert with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal and Executive Coach at The Boda Group since July 2014, Clive focuses on enhancing leadership capabilities and team effectiveness. Additional roles include executive coaching at Harthill Consulting Ltd, Skyline Group International, and Creative Alliance Coaching Inc. Clive has contributed to the Agile Leadership Institute as Co-Founder and CEO from July 2018 to April 2020, and served as a faculty member at the Co-Active Training Institute and Agile Coaching Institute. Clive's earlier experience includes coaching at the Center for Creative Leadership and BECAUZ LLC. Clive holds a Master's degree in Engineering and Business from the University of Cambridge and certifications in coaching from The Coaches Training Institute.
