Sharon Griggs

Sharon Griggs is an accomplished Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant with extensive experience in leadership development, employee engagement, and transformational change. Currently serving at Coaching for Leadership & Change since 2002, Griggs also holds roles as a Leadership Coach at Skyline Group International and as a Consultant at Cain-Stanley & Co Inc. Additionally, Griggs has been a Leadership Coach at Right Management since 2006 and previously contributed to Linkage, Inc. as an Executive Coach at the Global Institute for Leadership Development. Formerly, Griggs played a pivotal role at Avanade, where coaching senior executives in sales strategies was key. An educator as well, Griggs lectured on Women in Leadership at the University of San Diego. Prior roles include District General Manager at Verizon Wireless and Director of International Marketing/Business Development at Verizon Wireless (formerly Airtouch International). Griggs holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MA in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.
