Prahit Dubey, Ph.D., currently serves as the Head of Battery and Thermal Technology at Skyline Mobility, where responsibilities include leading engineering design, developing control algorithms, and managing safety and testing for novel electric vehicle applications. With extensive experience in battery simulation and thermal engineering, previous roles include Director of Battery Simulation at Nikola Motor Company and Romeo Power, driving advancements in Li-Ion battery pack development for commercial vehicles. Prahit's career trajectory also includes significant contributions to Siemens PLM Software, Dresser-Rand, and research work at the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. Holding a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, Prahit has published research and filed multiple patents in the fields of battery and thermal technologies.
