Yan Manashirov has had a varied and extensive work experience since 2005. In that year, they were a Staff Sergeant in the Israeli Navy, where they completed a course in Electronics. In 2010, they were a Student at the Quality Engineering Department at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries, where they supported faults and problems at the production line. In 2011, they were a Thermal Engineer at the Heat & Mass Transfer Department at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, where they were responsible for Thermal Design and Numerical analyses of Heat Transfer and Flow. In 2018, they founded Yan Manashirov | Thermal Design | Thermal Analysis, where they provided unique and practical solutions for thermal problems in electronic packaging at high heat power consuming technologies. Finally, in 2019, they became a Mechanical Process Engineer at EQUASHIELD\u00ae, where they led a project that included mechanical design, industrial automation, Motion Control, Electrical infrastructure, PLC programming, writing sequences and robotics. In 2022, they became the Sr. V&V Engineer and V&V Manager at Skyline Robotics, where they are responsible for the company's mission of building a better tomorrow - today.

Yan Manashirov has a diverse education history. Yan obtained a High School diploma from Ort Kiryat Bialik in 2005. Yan then attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2013 and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering in 2018. In 2020, they attended Ruppin Technological College for a Siemens PLC Programming Course. Yan has also obtained several certifications, including a 2022 Complete Python Bootcamp From Zero to Hero in Python from Udemy in January 2022, a TIA Portal Master Project (Level 5) from Udemy in July 2021, and a From Wire to PLC, A Bootcamp In Industrial Automation from Udemy in January 2021.
