Cyndi O'Connor, PMP, has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Cyndi started their career as a Systems Analyst at Westat in 1997, before moving on to work as a Systems Analyst and Senior Technical Writer at MicroStrategy from 1998 to 2000. Cyndi then worked as an Acquisition Logistician at Jacobs Technology, where they supported multiple programs and assisted in the development of various plans and evaluations.
From 2007 to 2012, Cyndi worked as a Senior Logistician at L-3 Communications, before joining Engility Corporation as a Program Manager in 2012. In this role, they managed a team of logisticians and provided logistics planning and coordination for projects exceeding 100M. Cyndi also provided input to the financial management team during budget reviews.
In 2015, Cyndi became a Program Manager at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions, and in 2016, they joined Patricio Enterprises, Inc. as a Product Manager, ISO 9001:2008 LEAD Auditor, and PMP. Cyndi then worked at Skylla Engineering as an Acquisition Program Analyst, ISO 9001:2008 LEAD Auditor, and Project Management Professional from 2017 to 2019.
Currently, Cyndi is employed at Serco as a Senior Navy Acquisition Management Specialist, where they apply their expertise in managing acquisitions. Additionally, they have experience as an Acquisition Analyst Lead at Alion Science and Technology, where they worked on undersea advanced technologies.

Cyndi O'Connor, PMP, has a diverse education history spanning from high school to higher education. Cyndi earned their High School Diploma in Chemistry from Stebbins High School in 1978. Following this, they attended Sinclair Community College from 1978 to 1980, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Chemistry. Continuing their academic journey, Cyndi O'Connor pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from the University of Florida from 1980 to 1983. Lastly, in 2009 to 2011, they attended Strayer University and completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Government Acquisitions with a specialization in Management.
