Bhalachandra Dorik

Bhalachandra Dorik began their work experience as a Trainee GIS at Genesys International Corporation Ltd in October 2012. Bhalachandra then worked as a Research Assistant at the Department of Geography, University of Pune from March 2013 to December 2013. Following this, they served as a Project Fellow at the same department from December 2013 to April 2017. From June 2017 to February 2022, Dorik worked as an RS and GIS Associate at the Maharashtra Remote Sensing Application Centre. Currently, they hold the position of Remote Sensing Engineer at Skymet Weather Services Pvt Ltd starting in February 2022.

Bhalachandra Dorik completed their SSC education at Kapileshwar Madyamik Vidyalaya Mudawad from the year 1999 to 2004. Bhalachandra then pursued 11th and 12th grade in Science at Dr. Dadasaheb S T Gujar Jr. College, Betawad from 2004 to 2006. Subsequently, Bhalachandra earned a Bachelor's degree in Geography from M. D. Sisode Arts & Commerce College, Nardana during the period of 2006 to 2009. Bhalachandra further pursued a Master's degree in Geography at KVPS'S SMT.P.D.M.ARTS, SMT.H.D.COMMERCE & S.M.A.SCIENCE COLLEGE, SHIRPUR from 2009 to 2011. Lastly, they completed a P G BSc Applied GIS and Remote Sensing program at the Department of Geography, University of Pune from the year 2011 to 2012.
