Shivan Shukla

Shivan brings in a decade of analytics and recruiting, most recently as a people analyst for Grocery Outlet (NASDAQ: GO). His work focused on creating metrics for recruiting, employee experience, and total rewards, with a deep focus on diversity, equity and inclusion. Shivan previously worked for Stanford University's development analytics team, helping raise $1.1 billion for financial aid, research, patient care and other university priorities in 2019. He has also served as a technical recruiter for SpaceX during his tenure at Elwood Staffing and is a World Economic Forum's Global Shaper.
