Michael Carlos

Michael Carlos has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and positions. Michael is currently the Chief Technology Officer at SkyOne Federal Credit Union since May 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Student Mentor at STEM Advantage starting in 2017. From 2010 to 2020, Michael worked at Kinecta Federal Credit Union in various roles, including VP of IT Infrastructure, Director of Infrastructure Program Management, and Director of Infrastructure and Decision Support. In 2010, they also served as an IT Manager at Cetera Financial Group for a short period. Before that, they were an IT Manager at ING from 2000 to 2010 and a Helpdesk Supervisor at Financial Network Investment Corporation from 1995 to 2000. Their earliest work experience includes being a Programmer at Duty Free Philippines Corporation from 1993 to 1994 and a Digital Systems Design Engineer at Nippo Denshi, Japan from 1990 to 1993.

Michael Carlos attended the Cardwell 306/2 Leadership Symposium from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, they attended the Western CUNA Management School at Pomona College. Furthering their education, Michael pursued a Master in Information Systems Management at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, completing their degree from 2002 to 2005. Lastly, from 1985 to 1990, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas.
