Chris Buono

Chris Buono is the VP of Finance at Skyrunner Internet. Prior to their current position, Buono served as a Supply Chain Planning Manager at Dr Pepper Snapple Group from July 2016 to March 2018. In this role, they were responsible for monthly delivery metrics goals, Inventory levels/quantity management, the coordinated of all production planning for a 20M annual case facility, operation schedule planning for 5 departments and approximately 160 team members, logistics execution and planning for all raw materials for production, and responsible for SOX compliance.

From April 2011 to August 2016, Buono served as a Quality Assurance Officer in the US Navy. In this role, they were responsible for all controlled work onboard, ensuring proper oversight, experience, technical accuracy, and objective quality for all maintenance conducted on systems deemed essential to the ship’s safety and operations. Chris also managed an audit and surveillance program that accurately assesses the health and quality of the Quality Assurance program, and implemented a training and qualification program for the crew of over 150 personnel.

Before their time in the Navy, Buono worked as a Staff Engineer at HVJ Associates, Inc from May 2008 to March 2011.

Chris Buono has a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Acton School of Business. Chris is also a registered architect and licensed engineer.
