Ruth Chandler

Ruth Chandler possesses extensive experience in human resources and leadership development, currently serving as a Board & Exec Advisor and Chief People Officer at Skyscanner since August 2013. Ruth has advanced through various roles at Skyscanner, including Global People Director and Head of HR, contributing significantly to talent management and organizational culture. Prior to Skyscanner, Ruth held the position of Career Manager at the University of Edinburgh Business School for a brief period in 2013 and spent over 15 years at Standard Life in multiple senior roles, focusing on leadership, talent, and customer service. Ruth obtained a BA Hons in Business Studies from Robert Gordon University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University, and is an Accredited Executive Coach from the Academy of Executive Coaching.
