Darren Mullen has a diverse work experience in the fields of recruiting and investment banking. Darren started their career in 2012 as an Investment Banking Intern at UBS, where they assisted the Executive Director with monitoring and maintaining portfolios and analyzing progress for potential recruitment opportunities. In 2014, they joined Randstad Technologies US as a Technical Recruiter, responsible for staffing high-level technical roles for Fortune 100 companies and startups. Darren was later promoted to an Account Executive role, where they established and nurtured relationships with hiring managers, developed job descriptions, and set expectations for the candidate screening process. In 2016, Darren joined SkySlope as their first Recruiter, where they filled various positions and received recognition for their impactful contributions. Darren eventually grew into the role of Lead Recruiter, managing a direct report and focusing on executive, engineering, DevOps, and product management positions, as well as employer branding and recruiting analytics. Currently, they hold the position of Manager of Recruiting at SkySlope, continuing their hiring efforts and contributing to standardized interview processes and deeper recruiting analytics.

Darren Mullen's education history includes attending Saint Mary's College of California from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Economics. Prior to that, they attended California State University, Northridge from 2008 to 2010, but it is unclear whether they earned a degree or what field of study they pursued during that time.
