Leah Ives

Leah Ives has a diverse work experience, starting with their role at the US Navy as a Signals Analyst from September 2007 to September 2011. Leah then transitioned to Skytap, where they held various positions over the years. From January 2015 to May 2016, they worked as a Senior Support Engineer. From May 2016 to February 2018, they served as an Information Security Engineer, handling a range of responsibilities such as security awareness training, risk assessments, application security, and penetration testing. Leah was then promoted to the role of Senior Information Security Engineer from February 2018 to February 2021. Currently, Leah holds the position of Principal Security Engineer at Skytap, starting from February 2021.

Leah Ives attended Santa Monica College from 2011 to 2014, where they studied Computer Science. Additionally, in 2017, they obtained certifications from GIAC Certifications, including being a member of the GIAC Advisory Board and obtaining the GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA) certification.
