Ginger Shao, Ph.D., MBA has extensive experience in the technology and analytics space. Ginger currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at SkyThread, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Director, Data Analytics and Applied AI Solutions and Engineering Fellow at Honeywell from 1997.

Ginger Shao, Ph.D., MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management from 1998 to 2000. Ginger then went on to earn their Ph.D. from Colorado State University from 1989 to 1994, where they studied Simulation and Modeling of Atmospheric Systems.
