Shahana Hajju Muhammed

Shahana Hajju Muhammed has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and business development. Starting as a Human Resources Intern at IBS Software in 2019, they gained practical experience in HR. In 2020, they joined Srishti Innovative as a Business Development Consultant, where they contributed to the company's growth until November 2021. Following this, Shahana worked as a Recruiter at HiyaMee from November 2021 to April 2023, effectively sourcing and assessing candidates. Shahana then joined UST as a Talent Acquisition Executive from May 2022 to April 2023, further expanding their skills in talent acquisition. Currently, Shahana is employed at Skywalk Global as a Talent Acquisition Specialist since April 2023, utilizing their expertise to identify and recruit top talent for the company.

Shahana Hajju Muhammed completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in HR and Finance from Mar Thoma Institute of Technology, Chadayamangalam, Ayur, Kollam. Shahana pursued this degree from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from AJ College of Science and Technology, where they studied from 2011 to 2014.

Aside from their formal education, Shahana also obtained a certification in "Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" from LinkedIn in September 2022.
