Daniel Newton

Daniel Newton has a robust background in the insurance industry, with extensive experience in construction-related roles. Since joining Skyward Specialty Insurance in January 2016, Daniel has held progressively senior positions, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President in the Construction division, as well as serving as Underwriter Supervisor for Construction and Crane/Rigging. Prior to this, Daniel was the Director of Construction at CNA Insurance from 2012 to 2016 and worked as a Territory Sales Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance from 2010 to 2012. Early career experience includes Marketing Manager roles at Bowen, Miclette & Britt Insurance Agency, LLC, and RUST, EWING, WATT & HANEY, INC, along with serving as a Senior Underwriter at National American Insurance Company from 1997 to 2004.
