Leighann James

Leighann James has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Claims Technical Director and previously as Senior Claims Adjuster at Skyward Specialty Insurance since August 2022. Prior to this role, Leighann worked at James River Insurance Company as a Claims Examiner from May 2019 to January 2022 and held the position of Claims Adjuster at Travelers from July 2007 to May 2019. Earlier in Leighann's career, claims adjusting was performed at Allstate from April 1998 to July 2007. Educationally, Leighann holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Strayer University, with the MBA completed in 2008 and the BBA in 2006.
