Kyle Fischer

Kyle Fischer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kyle started their career in 2008 as a Rink Manager at Sleepy Eye Hockey Arena. In 2014, they worked as an Athletic Department Intern at Hamline University, where they gained experience in training and supervising staff, assisting in event coordination, and managing recruitment communication. From 2014 to 2016, Fischer worked as a Pitcher for the Miami Marlins, L.P. In 2016, they joined Konik PrimeStaff as a Technical Recruiter, where they established relationships with clients, coordinated career fair events, and reviewed job descriptions. Since 2018, Fischer has been working at SkyWater Search Partners, first as an Executive Recruiter and later as a Sr. Executive Recruiter and Group Director - Engineering & Operations.
