Laura King is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive search and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Practice Leader for Marketing Permanent Search at SkyWater Search Partners since July 2021. As the Founder and Chief Connector of the Marketers' Community, Laura fosters connections among marketing professionals to enhance their impact and growth. Additionally, Laura operates a consultancy, providing workshops, keynote speaking, and coaching to help individuals and organizations align with their purpose. Previous roles include significant contributions at CorTalent and Versique, where Laura successfully placed numerous marketing leaders, and earlier positions at SAP and UnitedHealth Group, where strategic recruitment and client engagement were key focuses. Laura holds a BBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
