Stephanie Conroy possesses extensive experience in executive recruiting, specializing in finance and accounting placements. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Accounting Executive Search at SkyWater Search Partners since September 2020, Stephanie previously held roles including Recruiting Manager and Supervisor at Specialized Recruiting Group from 2011 to 2020, and Senior Executive Recruiter at Specialized Recruiting Group of Express Employment Professionals. Prior to that, Stephanie worked as an Executive Recruiter at Ajilon from 2007 to 2009.
