John Spicer

John Spicer has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Their most recent position was as the Executive Vice President of Operations at SkyWater Technology Foundry since March 2021. Before that, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Bank of Idaho starting from December 2012. From 2015 to 2021, Spicer held various leadership roles at ON Semiconductor, including Vice President of Global Fab Operations and Senior Director of European and Malaysian Fab Operations. From 2009 to 2014, they worked as the Senior Director Operations Site General Manager at ON Semiconductor. Prior to that, Spicer was the Fab Ops Director at AMI from 1997 to 2009, and before that, they were a Production Manager at AMI Semiconductor from 1993 to 1997. John started their career at Advanced Micro Devices in 1986 as a Manager.

John Spicer attended Idaho State University from 1979 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration.
