Mohamed Nour

Mohamed Nour, Ph.D., is currently serving as the Reliability Manager Sr at SkyWater Technology Foundry since May 2023. With substantial experience in reliability and device modeling since January 2016, Mohamed has also contributed to the academic field as a Ph.D. candidate in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Nanotechnology at the University of Texas at Arlington from August 2012 to December 2015. This research involved measurements, modeling, and simulation of semiconductor and gate dielectric defects using random telegraph signals. Mohamed holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
