Raymond Schwarz

Raymond Schwarz has extensive experience in the tool and die industry, with a career spanning over 48 years. Currently serving as an Installation Technician/Assembler at SKYWAVE COMMUNICATIONS INC since February 2018, Raymond previously retired from XLI Corporation in June 2017 as a Tool Maker. Notably, at Gillette Machine and Tool, Raymond held various positions including ToolRoom Project Engineer and ToolRoom Supervisor, overseeing the operations of a ten-person toolroom. Earlier in their career at Alliance Tool and Die, Raymond specialized in building and maintaining stamping dies and fixtures. Raymond's educational background includes apprenticeship training and a journeyman status in Tool and Die from Alliance Tool and Die, alongside a Certificate of Completion from the Rochester Tool Die Precision Machining Institute. Raymond obtained a Regents Diploma from Greece Olympia High School in 1968.
