Brendan Conroy

Brendan Conroy has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Brendan currently holds the position of Director of Customer Success at Skyword since July 2022. Before that, they served as the Associate Director of Customer Success from June 2020 to July 2022. Prior to their promotion, Brendan worked as a Sr. Customer Success Manager II from November 2019 to June 2020, and as a Sr. Customer Success Manager from November 2018 to November 2019. Brendan started their career at Skyword as a Customer Success Manager in October 2017 and stayed in this role until October 2018.

Before joining Skyword, Brendan worked at ownerIQ, where they held various roles. Brendan served as a Marketing Manager, Retail Solutions from December 2016 to May 2017, a Product Marketing Analyst, Retail Solutions from May 2015 to December 2016, and an Account Manager, Brand Partnering from February 2015 to September 2015.

Prior to their time at ownerIQ, Brendan gained experience at Granite Telecommunications. Brendan worked as a Broadband Provisioning Team Lead from August 2014 to February 2015 and as a Senior Broadband Representative from September 2013 to August 2014. Prior to these roles, they held the position of Broadband Provisioning Representative Level 2 from May 2011 to September 2013. Brendan also worked as a Broadband Provisioning Representative from September 2010 to May 2011 and as a Broadband Analyst from June 2010 to September 2010. During their time at Granite Telecommunications, Brendan conducted audits of over 2000 broadband accounts, oversaw installation orders, and worked on a large project for AutoZone.

Additionally, Brendan gained early career experience as a Marketing Intern at Mobius, the Mentoring Movement from January 2010 to April 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Cashier/Sales Associate at Ralph Lauren from May 2005 to January 2010.

Brendan Conroy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Saint Michael's College, obtained between 2006 and 2010.
